At Douglas Fir Resort we try to do our part to encourage, promote and support the "greening" of our hotel. We have been eager the past few years to make changes within our hotel for the environment. We have instituted a program to save water and reduce waste. We have introduced a new line of cleaning products to help us stay green. Currently we are using Shaklee cleaning products made from the purest natural ingredients.We also use an on demand hot water system in our condo units and a high efficiency boiler system for our water slides.
